3. TheOneMall not responsible any wrong item, item defect, quality issue, copyright issue,imitation issue, functionality issue of goods from China seller.
4. No cancellation for order already in purchased.
5. No combine allow or add items after order placed.
6. TheOneMall reserve rights reject any illegal products/ biding item / invalid price / invalid seller/ oversize goods/ unreasonable request order.
7. TheOneMall not responsible for any custom duty tax. Customer be responsible for destination custom duty tax.
8. TheOneMall not provide any after sell maintenance service.
9. TheOneMall will responsible to follow up with seller when items in order not arrive to hub in 10-14 days or item are out of stock, refund process will take 5-10 days.
10. Please noted your seller could be separate deliver the items in several parcels without notify us. Any missed out parcel once we has confirmed with seller and arrived warehouse hub, customer need bear the international shipping fee due to shipping charges is according the parcel weight / size.
11. Customer should notify us within 3 days after receiving the item has any problems. we will try best help to negotiate with seller about the problems item. But we cannot guarantee the result in satisfactory.(click here)
12. Over 60 days storage, warehouse will discard the parcel without any notification.

1. TheOneMall not bear any responsible of any goods problem in parcel or any damage during shipping.
2. TheOneMall not responsible any custom tax.
3. If you submit false declaration product, price and products name caused custom inspection, confiscate or penalty. All this risk responsible will bear by customer. Once inspection has rejected and returned to warehouse due to sensitive parcel, second shipping fee will be charge to the order.
4. No combine allow for forwarding order has packed.
5. Any re-packing inquiry will additional charge for 10RMB each parcel.
