* For Malaysia request withdrawal account balance, each withdrawal charge RM 0.50 admin fee (only for local bank wire). Top-up handling fee is not refundable.
* For international withdrawal account balance is only available through paypal, Top-up handling fee is not refundable.
China Local fee: Please note system is estimate china domestic express fee only. Domestics express fee is differs according item quantities / parcel weights / seller store location distance, and can be change when order submitted to your seller. This is the freight charge by your selected seller from seller location to our Guangzhou warehouse hub
Price changed:Taobao seller store could price changed anytime for promotion price, or extra domestics fee charge upon we submit the order.
Warehouse rules: Once 2nd payment (International shipping fee) being updated & informed by email, customer must make payment in 10 days. The first 10 days are free, after each parcel charges 2RMB storage fee per day. After 30 days not make any action, parcel will discard in warehouse without notification and there no refundable.
