    Delivery Terms

    Express company: Packages will arrive to destination within 3-10 working days. Services will be slower during busy season, reaching up to 10-15 working Days.

    Three days after item has mailed out, the status of the parcel will appear and will be constantly updated on the courier website. If you have not received the packages after 10days, please track the information on your own country’s handling courier postal website or contact your local handling courier office.

    Note: It is unsafe to ship items to Malaysia ,  if the weight of parcel is over 20 kg. As the custom is very strict about  parcel weight, we suggest you should ship them by dividing into several parcels and during this time, our delivery speed may slow down.Hope you can understand that.

    Delivery Terms & Conditions

    1. Shipping charge is exclude tax, customer be responsible for custom taxes

    2. Sensitive item must via special shipping : liquid (e.g. skincare , perfume) / cosmetics/ powder substance/ branded products (e.g. Nike, Adidas, LV, Chanel)/ counterfeit products/ electronic item (e.g. computer device, electrical equipment) / cutter item/ knife tool/ battery substance/ magnet substance/ medicine substance/ candle/ CD DVD/ sex item/ light foods & drinks/ Soap/ Radio Signal Transmitting Device

    3. All prohibited items are not allowed to ship/import : mobile phone/tab , laptop, drugs, valueble jewelry, coins, paper money, foods, plants, animal, prohibited weapon, any pills products, flammable liquid or gases, toxic, corrosives, radioactive material, pornographic, immoral item, radar equipment, vehicles, tobacco, alcohol,International Air Transport Association (IATA) restricted items or perishable goods.

    **This list may be updated from time to time. Please refer to the Malaysia Customs website for the updated list.

     **You will be held responsible and liable if such items are confiscated or abandoned or if there is any extra cost incurred for purchasing and shipping such items.

    4. TheOneMall is not responsible any goods damage caused by courier mishandling; insufficient or unsuitable packing by seller. Therefore, please do avoid purchase fragile or easy broken item. 

    5. TheOneMall not responsible any shipping delay caused by holidays, bad weather, flight delay or held in custom inspections. But we will try best follow up for these.

    6. International postage chargeble weight of a package is calculated based on volumetrics calculation of size of the parcel or actual weight which including packaging from seller, whichever is higher.

    7. Please be informed seller could be separate deliver the items in several parcels without notify us. Any missed out parcel once has confirmed from seller and still leaving in warehouse, customer need bear the international shipping fee due to shipping charges is according the parcel weight / size.

    8. Parcel free storage for 90days, after 90days no any payment action. Overdue parcel will discard without notification and no refundable.

    9. Please do check the content of  the parcel and quantity of the items before sign. Please refuse to sign if you find out any damage or any objection. Once the parcel is signed by you, this agreed confirm parcel received in good conditions and TheOneMall not bear the responsible on this.

    If my parcel lost, can I get compensation?

    If the parcel lost during the process of delivering from China to the customer, maximum compensation is three times of the shipping cost or total goods price, depend on whichever lower. Maximum compensation up to USD 100; So we strongly recommend you to add insurance when use purchase service or forwarding service for your parcel.
