Return policy

When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can ask for refund. Before returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service (email address:  support@theonemall.com ) before returning an item and they will give your some useful advice.

After-sale policy 

Unconditionally refund/replacement accepted for wrong items and quality problems 

The refund/replacement request from our customers are acceptable unconditionally if customer service confirm www.theonemall.com send you the wrong item and quality problems within 30days after you getting the package. We will bear all the necessary shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you

We will contact you by email after submit


1. For the item(s) with the quality issue
Once Customer Service confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose,you can initiate a return for the item(s) with quality problems within 30 days after you received it. Please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs showing any issues related to the item. If it is our fault, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise as well as shipping fees.

2. For the wrong item
Please send the clear pictures to show the wrong item(s) received. 

3. For the item not as described
If the item(s) differs greatly from the specifications or the descriptions on our website, Please provide our Customer Service with photographs clearly showing any issues related to the item. We will also take responsibility if it is our fault.

4. Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on theonemall.com. Slight color mismatch between the color of your item(s) and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item(s) is defective or wrongly-shipped.

After we confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose If it is our faultwe will refund you the amount to your account balance which you can use for new order or inform our financial staff refund back to your account or others if you like.

Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.

“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
--We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
