can products be sent back for refund,repairment & replacement?

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. If the any problem after receive can email at support@theonemall.com

1. Return and full refund
--Products with quality problems, if notified in 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.

2. Replacement
--Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
--We will bear all the necessary pay shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

3. Return and partial refund.
--www.theonemall.com cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”

Product already used
--We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
